20mm Modern Germans

Fellow club mates from The Escape Committee, S&S Models, have just released a new range of 20mm figures, Modern Germans. I was lucky enough to get my hands on them and paint up these samples. Great casting on these, the detail on the weapons is very good. I've painted these in Desert camo so we can use them in Ambush Alley games set in Afghanistan.

Valiant Germans

These are obviously to take on the Brits already painted. The Germans come in 2 packs, Classic German Infantry 1943-45 and Germans in Normandy 1944 which have the camo smocks. Again great fun to model/convert and to paint. The Pak 40 is from Hat and is made of a very bendy plastic almost rubber like. I was unsure how it would paint up but seems ok, though may replace it with an Italeri kit in future. Loads more pics on the Flickr site, link to the left.
